Glogster EDU allows creatives to make presentation poster boards with a 21st century twist. Students can include text, photos, video, graphics, and (best of all) hyperlinks to more information related to the chosen topic. This webtool can be used to publish student writing, projects, and research. Teachers can also use the tool to create online classroom newsletters, bulletin boards, and/or collections.
Sadly, while Glgoster used to have a free version -
it now only offers a free 7 day trial. Paid subscriptions then begin at $39 a year.

Teacher tip: Be sure students have completed all research, writing, and reflection before they sit at the screen to glog. This digital tool helps students organize and present info, but the creative bells & whistles can prematurely pull an author's focus away from the content.
